Jack Hradesky, P.E., the CEO's Ultimate Ally, president and founder of  National Summit Group, Inc., has more than 30 years experience in quality and manufacturing, including employment with American Hospital Supply, Eastman Kodak, General Motors, Johnson & Johnson, and Xerox. He has held positions from production operator through Director of Quality and V.P. of Operations.

Mr. Hradesky holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, an M.S. in Applied Statistics, and is a member of the A.S.Q.C. As a writer of a wide range of articles regarding productivity and quality, he is a frequent speaker at professional societies. He has been an invited speaker at Dr Deming's seminar, and was frequently a panel member with Dr. Deming at Deming User Groups.

In 1995, McGraw Hill published Mr. Hradesky's book "The TQM Handbook," the new benchmark text for Total Quality Management implementation.

Mr. Hradesky is also the author of "Productivity & Quality Improvement" (McGraw Hill), a practical guide to the implementation of Statistical Process Control. Both books have a combined total sales in excess of $1 million. He was nominated for "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 1990, and is an ISO 9000 Lead Assessor. He is also a member of the National Speakers Association.
